Plans, limits and billing

Three plans. That is the entire public catalogue — there is nothing else to buy, and no enterprise or team tier.

Prices are the full recurring price: no trial period and no introductory discount on the paid plans. They renew monthly until cancelled. Tax is calculated at checkout by location, so the amount shown there is the amount charged.

The pricing page is authoritative on numbers.

#Monthly allowances

Everything expensive is metered. Five meters, one for each kind of cost:

Allowances reset on the 1st of each month, UTC. There is no manual reset before then, and unused allowance does not carry over.

Reading does not cost: lookup history, profiles, saved conversations, the live map and every feed on it are free at every tier, as often as you like.

#What each plan unlocks

Free carries the core lookups and the assistant. That is osint.basic and osint.ai: the eight Lookups tools, the sanctions and CVE lookups, the AI in every app, the whole live map, region profiles and your own history and profiles.

Watch and Overwatch carry everything. They differ only in volume and in whether support escalates to a human on priority. Both add:

• Recall — semantic search over your findings, email verification
• Telegram — indexing and search with your own account
• Exposure — what a network block already publishes
• Map replay — the rolling seven-day archive
• Alert rules — with the caveats on that page
• Unlimited exports

#When a tool stops you

Three different walls with three different meanings:

"Your plan doesn't include this." (HTTP 402.) The tool is not on your plan at all. A paid plan does include it, and upgrading is the right answer.

"Monthly limit reached — resets on the 1st." (HTTP 429.) You are on a plan that includes the tool and have spent this month's allowance. Wait for the first of the month, or move up a plan for a higher ceiling.

Rate-limited. (Also 429, without the monthly wording.) You are going too fast for a moment, not out of allowance. Wait and retry.

In the app a tool you cannot use shows a padlock and names the plan that opens it, rather than failing when you press it.

#Paying

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record: they take the payment and they issue any refund, not us directly. On a bank statement the charge may appear as "Paddle" or "PADDLE.NET".

Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling all happen in the same place: /account → Overview → Manage billing, which opens Paddle's portal.

If the Overview says payments are not open yet, that is exactly what it means — paid plans are not currently purchasable. The Free plan is unaffected.

Cancelling is not refunding. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not return money for the period already paid. If you want that period back, ask for a refund.

#Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked, on any purchase or renewal charge.

Email support@exointel.watch from the address on the account. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days. Paddle can also be contacted directly about a charge.

A refund may be declined where there is evidence of abuse — repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or a terms violation. That is the exception, not a hurdle to expect. The full terms are on the refund policy page.

#What no plan includes

Some things are absent from this product entirely, and no amount of money adds them:

• Active scanning of any kind — port scans, TLS or header inspection, subdomain enumeration, technology fingerprinting, host vulnerability scanning. Nothing here sends traffic at a subject.
• Identity and breach lookups — username-presence checks across platforms, breach-appearance lookups for an address.
• People search — nothing takes a person's name and returns who they are.
• Crypto-wallet tracing — no balance, transaction or wallet screening. The markets ticker quotes prices; that is a price feed.

There is also no documented uptime guarantee or SLA. If you need one, that is a conversation with a human, not a checkout.
